Sending your item back

1. Please return the item within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You can inspect them as you would in a shop, but items that have been played with on court can't be returned.

2. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

3. If your order came with free extras (such as a paddle cover or balls), please send them back too, otherwise their value may be deducted from your refund.

 

Your refund

Once we receive the item (or proof that you've sent it), we'll refund the price you paid and our standard delivery charge within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you chose a faster delivery option, we'll refund only the standard rate.

 

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

Contact us straight away at info@celticpickleball.com with details and photos. We'll cover reasonable return postage for faulty or damaged goods. If an item is faulty, we'll normally repair or replace it. If you tell us within 30 days of delivery, you can choose a full refund instead. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
