We accept most major credit and debit cards.



Shipping charges depend on weight. Shipping to Ireland, UK and EU are stated during checkout. If you are ordering in bulk, Celtic Pickleball will provide a Quote with the correct shipping charge for that order. Celtic Pickleball will dispatch orders within 2 business days.

Free shipping for paddle orders over €100 shipping to The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We will aim to post in stock orders received by the next working day (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Celtic Pickleball will do its best to post orders complete in one package but in some cases we may need to post orders in more than one package. 

If we are out of stock on particular items we aim to complete any back orders within four weeks, given it can take stock three weeks for stock to arrive from the US and clear Customs. Rest assured that every reasonable effort will be made to complete your order in a timely fashion.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs (where charged) and applicable surcharges. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and Celtic Pickleball is not liable for delays in postal delivery.



Items sold by Celtic Pickleball are designed to provide the user with outstanding performance, value and durability. The “life” of products will vary according to the playing habits of the individual user. Celtic Pickleball warrants their products to be free from any defect in workmanship or materials arising from normal play for a period of sixty days from date of purchase by the customer. If a product is found to be defective, Celtic Pickleball will solely, at it’s discretion, provide repair or replacement for the product. Any product showing signs of abuse or alteration by anyone other than Celtic Pickleball will invalidate this warranty. 



We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Celtic Pickleball. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the items in new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving the goods or request an exchange. The goods must be in their original condition and used items will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If products being returned came with free items (e.g. bags, sweatbands), these items must also be returned. If they are not returned, we reserve the right to make a suitable deduction from your refund amount.

Please email: to discuss a refund or exchange prior to returning the goods. All postage charges to return or exchange items are at the customer's expense. 

Celtic Pickleball advise that you send your items back via recorded delivery to ensure we receive the items. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sent back using a safe and secure method as Celtic Pickleball will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.

Once we have received your return, refunds (excluding postage) will be processed within 30 days of receiving the return. We will only refund the postage back to you IF WE have made a mistake, e.g. wrong item was sent, item was damaged etc.



Celtic Pickleball ensures that all products are free of damage at the point of postage. According to the major small package carriers the moment you sign for your packages you are accepting packages without damage. Therefore;

DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED PACKAGES - if needed, inspect packages with your carrier present to determine if any items were damaged in transportation. Damage claims can only be made with the carrier at the time of delivery. Damaged packages with damaged goods should be refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Please inspect each package upon receipt of merchandise, immediately noting any damage. If you reject a damaged package please contact Celtic Pickleball immediately at



It is important that you email if you receive a damaged/faulty item immediately. We will arrange the return of the item and once the item has been inspected we will issue a full refund including postage, or an exchange if available.
